Lennie Liston has been involved in the real estate and engineering industry from the outset of his working career, beginning in 1996. He is a licensed civil engineer, attorney and general building contractor in the State of California. He conveys his 25+ years of experience to the geotechnical, civil and structural teams, and oversees the complete process from contract inception to project completion, including construction administration. As part of Lennies work experience of engineering design and site development, he has gained a particular expertise in the permitting and code compliance for site development activities, including the applications, submittals, document requirements, inspection, and code enforcement actions for public works and building and safety agencies. Lennie has distinctive expertise in the codes and requirements for obtaining development permits within the local California hillside area communities. During his career he has worked in and managed many facets of land development, including grading, drainage, water quality, sanitary sewage, storm drainage, streets, paving, retaining walls, utilities, remedial projects (e.g. slope repair and remediation), and site stabilization. Lennie received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2006, graduating Cum Laude, and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2007. Prior to his legal education, Lennie graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Diego in 2002 with a degree in Business Administration emphasizing Real Estate. Lennie is also a civil engineer in the state of Nevada.
Britten Pond received his B.S. in Architectural Engineering with a Structural Emphasis at the University of Wyoming in 2002. From 2002 to present, he has been employed in the Structural Engineering Department at LC Engineering. He is an active member of ASCE and is a registered Civil Engineer in California and Montana.
Eli Katibah received his B.S. in Engineering at California State University, Northridge in 1989. Prior to Joining LC Engineering Group, Eli worked as a soils staff engineer at Oro Engineering, Calabasas, California from 1988 to 1996 performing field exploration, mass grading supervision, laboratory testing and technical report preparation. From 1997 to present he has worked in the Geotechnical Engineering Department at CalWest Geotechnical, where he now serves as a Department Manager. He is a Licensed Deputy Grading Inspector for the City of Los Angeles and a Licensed Soils Special Inspector (ICC certified).
Greg has been with LC Engineering Group, Inc. since 2013, and has over 20 years of experience in both public and private sectors. His education includes a B.S. in Ocean Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, and a M.S. in Civil Engineering, with a concentration in water resources and environmental, from San Diego State. Greg is a licensed Professional Engineer in California and New Jersey, and is a retired Navy Reserve Civil Engineer Corps Officer.
